What tog rating duvet should I choose?
A 4.5 tog duvet is ideal for summer, 10.5 tog works year-round in most UK homes, and 13.5 or 15 tog is best for colder winter nights. If you sleep hot, drop a tog; if your bedroom runs cold, size up.
