How much does it cost for delivery?
There are a number of delivery options available so the price of delivery will vary depending on your chosen timeframe and the size of your parcel. This will be calculated at checkout so you will know your total before checkout.
Can I choose a day for delivery?
We dispatch via Royal Mail and so delivery speed is dictated by this service. We aim for same or next day dispatch so you can begin enjoying your new purchase as soon as possible and so selecting a delivery day is unfortunately not possible.
Can I track my order?
We send our orders via Royal Mail and generate reference numbers so you can trace your parcel on its journey to your door. You can follow your order’s progress using your reference number on our ‘Track Your Order’ page. At the time of dispatch we send an email to you letting you know your parcel is on the way, so you know the wait is almost over!
Can I cancel my order?
If your order has not yet been dispatched, please contact our customer service team for further assistance and we will do our best to help. It might not be possible to cancel your order if it is being dispatched imminently, in which case you can arrange a return once your item has arrived at your home through our normal returns process.
What payment methods are accepted?
You can arrange payment for your fabulous new products using a credit or debit card from major card issuers, including Visa and Mastercard. Our website uses safe and secure payment systems to ensure your details are kept safe so you can shop in confidence knowing your card details are secure and will be used only in the processing of your order.
How do I return an item?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and will strive to resolve any issues to the best of our abilities. If an item does not meet your requirements or expectations, or is damaged in some way, you can return it for a refund or an exchange within 28 days in its original packaging with proof of purchase. Simply inform our customer service team who will make a note of the return request. You can then send the item back to us and once we have confirmed receipt your refund or exchange will be issued.
My items arrived damaged- what can I do?
We’re sorry your product is not up to our normal high standards. Follow our returns procedure above or contact customer service who will advise you of the next steps and help resolve the problem with a refund or by sending you a replacement item.
What do I need to place an order?
In order to shop with us you will need a valid UK address to deliver to, a name and contact details, including an email address to send order information to. We will also need a credit or debit card to charge for your luxurious new items and a billing address for this card.
