Enjoying your luxurious new items

Once you have made your decision, it is only natural that you would want to begin enjoying your luxurious new items as soon as possible. We aim to dispatch all purchases either the on the same or the next day according to your chosen delivery speed to the address you have supplied.

We use Royal Mail to send you your wonderful new home furnishings and supply a tracking reference number at time of dispatch so you can follow your package’s journey to its new home.

If you should miss delivery and the courier is unable to leave it at your address or with a neighbour, they will leave information regarding your parcel’s location at your address with instructions stating what to do next.
